Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

Orbix Containers & Structures is committed to supplying high-quality products that meet your specifications. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and the process for returning products or requesting refunds.

Given the nature of our products (large industrial structures and custom manufactured goods), returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Standard ISO Shipping Containers

New and used ISO shipping containers may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if they are in the same condition as delivered — no modifications, damage, or contamination.

To initiate a return, contact info@orbixcontainers.com with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection at our cost if the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. If the return is due to a change of mind, collection costs are at your expense.

Refunds for returned containers will be processed within 10 business days of the container being received back at our facility and inspected.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

GS Housing Group flat-packed container houses, Lian Sheng International expandable container homes, and any other made-to-order or custom-configured products are manufactured specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded once manufacturing has commenced.

If you wish to cancel a made-to-order product before manufacturing commences, please notify us immediately. Cancellations received before the order is submitted to the manufacturer will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations after order submission are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the manufacturer's cancellation charge, which may be up to 30% of the order value.

Defective Products

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

You must notify us of any defect within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects.

Contact us at info@orbixcontainers.com with your order number, photographs of the defect, and a written description. We will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and confirm next steps.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims (after the initial 30-day return window) are handled under the product warranty. GS Housing Group structural warranties are backed by the manufacturer and Orbix Containers will facilitate all warranty claims on your behalf.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via EFT to the same account used for original payment. International refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional business days.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns within the standard 14-day window for stock items. Returns outside this window may incur a handling fee.
